The phone is a fine invention.


I'm so glad that the telephone exists. Thank you Alexander Graham Bell (or whoever invented it). I could talk on it for hours, and sometimes do. Day or night, coast to coast, through timezones or ozones, makin' phonecalls is so cool.

What are your thoughts on the vernacular?
